How does booking and the 40% retainer work?
Submit the request form. We confirm availability and send your quote after a short consultation. A 40% retainer secures your date, and the remaining balance is due on installation day. Your date is not held until the retainer is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We send a secure payment link or Interac e-transfer details with your quote. The retainer is applied to your final total.
Where do you work, and are there travel fees?
We serve the Greater Toronto Area. A travel fee may apply for locations outside our core service zone, and it is always stated in your quote before you pay anything.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling guidance?
You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 7 days notice, subject to availability. For cancellations made more than 14 days before your installation date, the retainer is returned, less any sourcing costs already incurred with your approval. Within 14 days, the retainer is non-refundable because the date has been held for you. If we must cancel, you receive a full refund of your retainer.
How tall a tree can you style?
Trees up to 9 feet are bookable at standard service. Trees over 9 feet are custom quote only and are subject to crew, equipment and insurance requirements. Oversized trees require a two-person crew and specialized equipment, and clear ladder access of 3 feet around the tree.
What if I need you to set up my tree?
Choose that option on the form. Unboxing and assembling the tree and stand is an additional cost, confirmed in your quote.
Do I keep sourced decorations?
Yes. Any decor we source is purchased with your approval and is yours to keep. We use your existing pieces first, and you can decide on a case by case basis what to keep or replace.
Can you take everything down in January?
Yes. Takedown, careful packing and storage organization are optional add-ons for every service level. Tree removal is also available.
What if weather or traffic delays my appointment?
We build buffer time into our schedule. If conditions affect your appointment, we will contact you early and offer the nearest available alternative at no charge.
Do you style commercial spaces?
Yes: offices, salons, restaurants, churches and small businesses. Commercial installations are quoted individually and may need a larger crew.
